Project Colletrix (https://www.colletrix.com/) tries to change the concept of people and makers about how to register and protect copyright by introducing blockchain technology.
The Blockchain provides many opportunities in this field, in terms of the fact that the openness and transparency inherent in the blockchain will allow everyone to track the originator and creator of a work.
An extraordinary designer creates excellent prints that can be used to carry clothes or other items, with this print he registers them on the Colletrix platform and provides IP and NFT tokens, which according to him the copyright holder can be traced, then this print will be used by the company who makes t-shirts for very good youth and prints them, the buyer buys for example at this t-shirt online shop and he is given an NFT token for this purchase, which he can exchange with other crypto currencies, and the designer will receive from this exchange a commission. As for the tokens themselves, there will be two types of NFT and CIPX in their Colletrix.
NFT is the ERC-721 token that will have a private IP number and will be tracked on the blockchain, the Colletrix team chose Ethereum because it is currently the most efficient, fast and developing blockchain platform. NFT is an unusual token, each of them is unique and has personal attributes, cannot be exchanged with other NFT tokens, considers it as a work of art, design or anything specific, but it is a special object, unit.
For IP Owners
This project aims to provide access to owners
the opportunity for genuine IP to provide a lifetime license through NFT adoption. The unique design of IP owners will be included in their unique NFT, and consequently leads to the creation of a secondary IP-NFT market ("NFT Marketplace"). IP owners will be rewarded.

Colletrix will issue its own ecosystem token, Colletrix Token ("CIPX"). CIPX is a cryptocurrency that is supported by the Ethereum network with the ERC-20 standard. Therefore, all records related to CIPX can be seen using the Ethereum browser. As a trade cryptocurrency, CIPX can be used in a variety of situations, but especially and initially used in NFT purchases issued through the NFT Marketplace.
IEO Assessment
Initial exchange offers for CIPX will be conducted on different exchange platforms throughout the world.
The IEO will start from the first week of June 2019, token buyers can buy CIPX tokens based on who takes precedence, served first up to 200,000,000 tokens for sale. The Token Buyer will receive the CIPX token within 5 working days after the IEO is complete.
